What completes a family?

What completes a family? Love, love, love.

I grew up in a divorced home, so I know what it's like to want to have a "complete" family. I would tell myself I am not going to have my children grow up in a divorced home. I was so closed-minded at the time. As I have grown older I've learned that there is so much more to a family than having original married parents. In my opinion, if there is no love in a marriage or a home that is not a family. Another strong opinion I have is you don't have to have the same "blood" to be considered family. I have so many close friends who are my sisters, I also have so many cousins who aren't related but they're my cousins. I love it when my husband asks, now are they your cousin? I reply with, I don't know all I know is that's my cousin. I guess my point is it doesn't matter the size of the family as long as there is love. Without love we are nothing.

Some may see a single mother of two kids. I see a complete family. It is not an easy decision to raise two children alone. I strongly believe a happy mother raises happy children. The unconditional love this Lady has for her children is breathtaking.
